Outlier 2025 passes include the three day conference and the Information is Beautiful (IIB) awards program.
When does registration open?
Registration opens in February or early March, with the option for virtual or in-person attendance. All attendees will have access to all talks, recordings, networking opportunities, unconference sessions, and more.
DVS Member Discounts
Dues-paying members of the Data Visualization Society receive a substantial discount on tickets. We encourage you to join as a member or level up your free membership to take advantage of the discount and the many other benefits of membership!

We offer multiple pricing options because we don’t want the price of a ticket to be a barrier for anyone who wants to attend:

Is it possible to request a free ticket?
We understand that cost can be a barrier that keeps you from
attending. We are also aware that organising a hybrid conference
requires a lot of effort. If you are not able to afford any of
the paid tickets above, you can volunteer for Outlier (virtual or
in-person) and thus attend the conference. See the
FAQs for more details
Do different tickets come with different offers?
All tickets grant the same all-access offerings to the conference programming. Virtual ticket holders can only access the virtual platform. In-person passes include access the conference venue, evening reception, and the virtual platform.
Some talks might not be convenient for all timezones. However, all Outlier programming and digital exibits are available to view at anytime via the virtual platform.
Do passes sell out?
In-person passes are limited, so we encourage you to purchase early so you don't miss out! All prices listed here are in US dollars.
